We own the data center..

Unlike most hosting companies, we own the facility our equipment is housed in. The majority of hosting companies are co-located with a outsourcing company. In the event there are problems, we are right there to fix it.

Our Network Features:

Multiple DS1 connections.  Network is fully switched with top quality components from Cisco systems. The entire N.O.C is wired with 100mbps Cat5 wiring. E-mail is delivered in seconds, web pages load quickly, and file transfers are fast...

Full Router & Network backups

We have an extra cisco router (3600 series) on standby in the event one of our routers had massive failure. We can simply plug in the ethernet and wic cards to the other router. Within 5 minutes things would be up and running again.
We also have an additional 10/100 HP Switch on standby in the case we had switch failure.(Situation is highly unlikely)

Full power backup
The operation center is fully equipped with battery backups from APC. 
A 40,000 Watt John Deere Diesel Generator is installed in a separate building in the event of a large power outage. An auto-transfer switch will kick the generator on within 30 seconds in the event of an outage. No human intervention is needed to start it. The apc power backups buffer power until the generator has started, in which is maintains power to the entire facility.

No overloaded servers
We do not overload our servers like most hosting companies do. Once we have 250 sites on a single server, we add another server to our network to accomodate new customers. Most hosting companies will put between 500-1000 sites per server.
